To help you manage and strengthen client relationships, the App may request access to your contact list (“Contacts”) and related personal data. Before accessing or uploading any Contacts, the App will clearly inform you of the types of data being collected and will request your explicit, affirmative consent through a clear opt-in prompt. We will not access or upload your Contacts without your voluntary consent.
Once uploaded with your consent, your Contacts may be processed and stored securely to:

We will never sell, rent, or disclose your Contacts to third parties, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements. You maintain full control at all times — you may revoke consent, opt out of data processing, or request permanent deletion of your data at any time via the App’s settings. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
All personal data is safeguarded using industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and access controls in full compliance with applicable privacy laws, including Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). In the event of a data breach, affected users will be promptly notified and provided with guidance on appropriate protective measures.
